SX LEAD FLASHING
A self adhesive aluminium flashing tape coated with a thick layer of rubber-bitumen adhesive which will stick to most surfaces.
When pressed into place the adhesive backing forms a watertight seal.
USES: For repairs to: guttering and downpipes, most types of roofing replacement or repair of existing
flashings, joints between brickwork and other materials, cracks in concrete.
For sealing: projections through roofs and
skylights, valley guttering, roof ridges and chimney caps and waterproofing joints.
For general protection: of brick, concrete
and metal against weathering and corrosion.
