Making a purchase is simple browse our site, phone or fax. For online purchase just
click on add to basket
and goods will be added to your shopping card, these can be removed
or changed at any time prior to payment.
All prices are in £ sterling with VAT to be added.
Payment
You can choose
to pay online for items listed in the online store or pay by phone or post
for items in the online store or additional
items not listed.
Delivery
Mainland delivery in the UK is free for orders over
£100 any other orders below this or items over 50kgs a charge for delivery will be quoted. Normal delivery is 7-14 days
except where there is prior arrangement or special request.
Returns, refunds or cancellation Policy
We want to ensure that you receive your order in perfect condition and that you are happy with the quality
and workmanship.
In the unlikely event of something going wrong, we will do our best to put it right as soon as
possible.
Goods ordered shipped to you and then no longer required will be collected by our couriers at your cost
with a 10% handling fee added. Specials items made to order cannot be returned unless by special arrangement.

Payments can be taken by phone, fax or post.
We are happy to accept payment
Visa, Mastercard, Maestro cards, cheque or BACS.
We only accept payment by Pounds Sterling.

accept your order and in the case of goods to be delivered to you, when we actually despatch the goods to you and send you
a confirmatory e-mail or fax. At any point up until then, we may decline to supply the goods or services to you. At the moment
we accept your order or in the case of delivery of goods, when the goods are despatched, a contract will be made between you
and us.
